„Salutology 3 – Professionalization & Integration“

Becoming a Salutologist – Shaping the Future through Professional Salutology

The Salutology 3 program is designed for advanced Salutology practitioners who wish to develop their professional identity as Salutologists and actively contribute to the future of health, counseling, and education.

At its core lies the connection between salutological thinking and entrepreneurial vision: participants explore how Salutology becomes an economically and socially relevant model for the future within the 6th Kondratieff cycle.

They design their own salutogenic formats — from courses and retreats to consulting programs — tailored to audiences in prevention, education, business, or hospitality. The program specifically fosters didactic skills and creative design competence.

A key focus is the digitalization of salutological counseling: using eHealth tools, platforms such as ILIAS, and intelligent knowledge management, participants discover new ways to strengthen client relationships and long-term impact.

Salutometric monitoring provides practical instruments for quality control, evaluation, and feedback processes, making salutogenic effectiveness visible, measurable, and continuously improvable.

Participants enhance their leadership skills as multipliers — as educators, coaches, or networkers — while reflecting on their professional roles within various salutological contexts.

The program concludes with a practical future project, in which each participant designs, presents, and implements their own salutological field of practice — a tangible expression of a new professional identity: the Salutologist.

The Diploma Program in Salutology 3 is aimed at experienced Salutology practitioners who wish to elevate their expertise to a professional level and fully embody the emerging role of the Salutologist.

The focus lies on the strategic integration of Salutology into the future markets of health, education, and counseling — within the economic and sociopolitical framework of the 6th Kondratieff cycle.

Participants develop their own salutogenic formats such as workshops, retreats, or course programs tailored to specific audiences in prevention, corporate settings, or hospitality.

A key emphasis is placed on the digital implementation of salutological consulting. Using platforms such as ILIAS, eHealth applications, and the Health Account, participants create smart, modern concepts for effective client guidance and support.

To ensure salutogenic quality, participants learn methods of salutometric monitoring — from impact measurement to feedback systems.

In addition, the program strengthens salutological leadership skills: participants are trained to teach, present, network, and take on responsibility as coaches or mentors.

The program concludes with a future-oriented project, in which each participant designs and presents their own salutological field of practice, complete with an implementation plan.

Upon successful completion of the diploma program and presentation of their Salutology project, graduates are awarded the recognized title “Diploma Salutologist” — a visible mark of professional maturity and contribution to a health-promoting future.

After completing the program, participants will be able to:

  1. contextualize Salutology within societal, economic, and systemic future discourses (6th Kondratieff cycle),
  2. independently design and conduct salutogenic programs, workshops, and retreats for diverse target groups,
  3. competently use digital tools and eHealth applications for salutological consulting and knowledge transfer,
  4. integrate and systematically apply the Health Account in digital guidance processes,
  5. employ salutometric evaluation methods for quality assurance and impact measurement,
  6. position and present themselves professionally as Salutologists within the health market,
  7. build leadership and teaching competence, and communicate salutological content in education, supervision, and coaching,
  8. develop, present, and implement their own salutological concepts in practical settings,
  9. think in a network-oriented way and promote interdisciplinary cooperation,
  10. consciously embody their role as multipliers of salutogenic thinking and practice,
  11. act ethically, economically responsible, and socially effective,
  12. and represent Salutology as a forward-looking health profession on both personal and systemic levels.
