Module 1 – Basics
Objectives: Understanding the origin, significance, and areas of application of the PSOB.
Key Topics
- Development of Corporate Health Management in Austria
- Vision, Mission & Target Groups of the PSOB. Introduction to the Vienna Resilience Model
- Key Competencies: Dilemma Competence, Reflective Ability, Balance between Productivity & Health. The 4th Vienna School of Psychological Counseling
- Theoretical Models: Work Ability Competence (ABK), Based on the Philosophy of Sociocrates, Introduction to the “House of Healthy Work”
- Introduction to the Salutological Terminology (Salutogenesis, Salutodynamics, Salutropia, Salutometry, Salutognosis, Saluting).

Module 2 – Diagnostics, Evaluation & Development of Measures
Objectives: Analyzing stress factors and developing tailored solutions.
Key Topics
- Use of analog and digital questionnaires for stress analysis
- Qualitative and quantitative data evaluation
- Development of individual action plans for organizations and employees based on Sociocrates and the application of the Vienna Resilience Model
- Salutological assessment of methods and tools in organizational contexts
- Legally required stress evaluations (ASchG) using focus groups

Module 3 – Implementation of Measures
Objectives: Strategies and methods for successful implementation within organizations.

- Analysis and facilitation of group dynamics
- Coaching approaches for leadership development
- Strengthening reflection skills and solution-oriented decision-making

Module 4 – Marketing & Final Examination

- Targeted preparation for the final examination

Upon successful completion of the PSOB Certificate Program, participants will be able to:

Understand and apply the theoretical foundations of psychosocial organizational consulting in a salutological context

Classify the societal and economic framework of Corporate Health Management (CHM) in Austria

Recognize and promote dilemma competence, salutogenesis, and work ability competence as key dimensions of effectiveness within organizations

Professionally position themselves in the consulting market and distinguish PSOB from related professions

Utilize digital and analog diagnostic tools (e.g., KABES) and HRV analyses to assess potential and stress factors

Conduct legally required psychological stress evaluations in accordance with the Austrian Employee Protection Act (ASchG)
