Certificate Program LSB Salutology 1 with Integrated PSOB Module

 “Rethinking, Recognizing, and Shaping Health – in Life and Organizations”

The LSB Salutology 1 certificate program introduces life and social counselors to Salutology – a forward-looking health science that views human beings not as cases of illness, but as carriers of an inherent power of order.

Participants will learn the foundations of salutological thinking – including key concepts such as Salutogenesis, Salutodynamics, and Salutising – and discover new ways to promote health, identify potential, and foster lasting quality of life.

The Health Account provides a practical tool that translates salutological counseling into everyday life. A practice-oriented final project deepens application and documents learning outcomes.

Newly integrated is the Psychosocial Organizational Consulting (PSOB) module, which applies the salutological approach to organizations, companies, and social systems. In times of skilled labor shortages, digitalization, and uncertainty (VUCA), salutogenic work environments are more relevant than ever.

Participants will learn how to initiate, support, and reflect on health-promoting processes within teams, institutions, and leadership levels – always keeping people at the center.

This program combines individual counseling competence with systemic foresight – creating a new quality of health facilitation in both private and professional contexts.

  • recognize the social, health, and economic challenges of the coming decades and understand the significance of Salutology as a forward-looking paradigm;
  • learn the key concepts of salutological terminology (including Salutogenesis, Salutodynamics, Salutropia, Salutometry, Salutognosis, Saluting);
  • gain an introduction to the salutological counseling model Salutising and understand its role as a transformative approach to strengthening salutogenic order processes within individuals;
  • become familiar with the Health Account as a salutogenic intervention tool and apply initial methods through case examples;

  • recognize the value of Salutology as an additional qualification for life and social counselors and develop initial concepts for integrating it into their professional portfolio.

Graduates of the LSB Certificate Program in Salutology will be able to:
