Mit mehr als 25 Jahren Erfahrung in Beratung, Training und Coaching hat Mag. Ishwara Hadinoto seinen beruflichen Schwerpunkt konsequent von der klassischen Unternehmens- und Change-Beratung hin zur psychosozialen Organisationsberatung entwickelt.
Nach Stationen in der internationalen Finanz- und IT-Beratung sowie einer langjährigen Tätigkeit als selbstständiger Unternehmensberater und Trainer begleitet er heute Führungskräfte und Organisationen an den Schnittstellen von Wandel, Gesundheit und Werteorientierung.
Als Change-Berater und Führungskräfte-Coach hat er sich auf die Bearbeitung von Spannungen in Veränderungsprozessen spezialisiert und dabei innovative Methoden entwickelt: die Nonverbale Dialogik zur Spannungsregulation und Werteintegration sowie Agile Dilemma Solutions zur systematischen Lösung von Wertekonflikten in Organisationen.
Damit positioniert sich Ishwara Hadinoto als Experte für Psychosoziale Organisationsberatung (PSOB) und als Entwickler praxisnaher, wissenschaftlich fundierter Ansätze für eine nachhaltige Führungskräfte- und Organisationsentwicklung.

With more than 25 years of experience in consulting, training, and coaching, Mag. Ishwara Hadinoto has consistently shifted his professional focus from classical corporate and change consulting toward psychosocial organizational consulting.
Following positions in international finance and IT consulting, as well as many years of self-employment as a management consultant and trainer, he now supports executives and organizations at the intersection of transformation, health, and value orientation.
As a change consultant and executive coach, he has specialized in addressing tensions in transformation processes and has developed innovative methods: Nonverbal Dialogue for tension regulation and value integration, and Agile Dilemma Solutions for the systematic resolution of value conflicts within organizations.
This positions Ishwara Hadinoto as an expert in psychosocial organizational consulting (PSOB) and as the developer of practical, scientifically grounded approaches for sustainable leadership and organizational development.
