The book describes causes and methods for the prevention of fatigue in a professional context. It ranges from the human resources in economic enterprises to the prevention of exhaustion and preservation of the vital energy of the individual working person with an outlook on the latest applications of biofeedback, measurement and training methods. The first part is dedicated to the perspective of companies as social, living systems. Prevention is discussed as a management element, in corporate culture and as a strategic management decision.
